MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


Diploma/Degree in Hotel/ Tourism or Hospitality Management or a related field
International experience would be advantageous
At least 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry
Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
Computer literate
Excellent communicator and team motivator
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills
Valid driver's licence
