The position is located in Enugu State. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law or a related discipline with a minimum of 15 years' progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. A Master's Degree (MBA, M.Sc. Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field) is highly desirable. Professional membership of CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD or an equivalent recognised HR professional body.
