General Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on,result driven Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of our daily restaurant operations, drive revenue and maintain high service standard for our branches. Responsibilities Manage staff, assign responsibilities and monitor employee performance to ensure seamless service delivery and work flow Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales target,manage labor cost ,control food wastage/inventory and analyse financial performance with each department in charge Coordinate with kitchen, service and other departments to ensure effective operations. Develop strategies, Coordinate promotional activities, cooporate bookings,and special event to expand the restaurant revenue streams Requirements HND/ B.Sc in Hospitality management, Business Administration or a related field. 4-5 years relevant experience in a senior role, management, preferably in the fast-food, restaurant or hospitality industry. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, Human Resource Management and people operations. Exceptional leadership,problem solving and interpersonal communication skill. Ability to work independently without supervision with high attention to detail and proactive management style.
