Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations management or general management.
Experience in laboratory equipment, medical devices, scientific supplies, or technical product distribution is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Strong financial and business management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of laboratory equipment and scientific instrumentation markets.
Experience working with research institutions, hospitals, universities, or laboratories.
Ability to build systems, scale operations, and improve efficiency.


Role & Responsibilities:


Operations & Supply Chain Management: Oversee daily operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficient supply chain performance.
Product & Inventory Oversight: Manage product lines including borosilicate glassware, laboratory equipment, plasticware, chemistry sets, and analytical instruments while ensuring proper stock levels and product availability.
Business Operations & Performance: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead and supervise teams across sales, warehouse, procurement, and administration to maintain smooth and coordinated operations.
Supplier & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, research institutions, laboratories, universities, and hospitals.
Market Development & Sales Support: Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth within research institutions, laboratories, and healthcare sectors.
Financial Oversight & Reporting: Manage operational budgets, monitor performance metrics, and prepare operational reports for leadership.
