Key Responsibilities
Open and grow new trade accounts
Drive sales and repeat orders within existing accounts
Conduct regular field visits and generate customer orders
Promote professional lash products and accessories
Ensure product visibility, availability and merchandising at outlets
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Follow up on customer payments and collections
Submit accurate sales and customer reports
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field
At least 2 years' experience in General Trade, FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics or Retail Sales
Experience selling to salons, beauty outlets, retailers, wholesalers or distributors
Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Good understanding of the Nairobi beauty/general trade market is an added advantage
Comfortable working extensively in the field
