CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING COURSES
Basic PC literacy (advantage).
Communication course (advantage).
Training in handling complaints, conflict and criticism (advantage).
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Relevant experience in Tea Lady / Cleaning duties. (18 - 24 months)
