Key Performance Areas
Perform General Duties: Load and off-load furniture, equipment, archivalia and any other goods to the relevant destination, safe keeping of records and archivalia. Cleaning inside and outside of the building: clean relevant workstations and maintenance of the external areas of the archive building: Distribute and collect documents, ensure proper movements of documents: Ensure proper movements of documents and record in the register. Operate elementary machines: Vacuums and photocopier
Prerequisites
NQF level 1 (Grade 9) (AET/ABET level 4 certificate) from a recognized institution of Basic Education.
Person Profile
Ability to operate equipments, basic literacy and good communication skills. Knowledge of repetitive work procedures such as cleaning\ equipments /gardening and Health and Safety measures.
