ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell diesel generator sets (Standby, Prime & Continuous ratings) across Kenya.
Develop new business opportunities in sectors such as hotels, hospitals, construction, manufacturing, telecom, and real estate.
Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
Prepare and follow up on technical-commercial proposals and tenders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and manage dealer / channel partner networks.
Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
5+ years' experience in generator sales or power solutions in Kenya.
Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators, ATS, and synchronization systems.
Proven track record in B2B sales and project-based selling.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Kenya.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-driven with strong market knowledge.
