Global Head of Legal (Hybrid) at Africa Metals & Minerals (AMMC)

Africa Metals & Minerals (AMMC) is recruiting to fill the position of: Global Head of Legal. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent Law Degree and the relevant professional qualification to practise law, and a current licence or formal admission to practise law in at least one country, with good standing before the relevant legal regulatory body with 1015+ years of post-qualification legal experience, including significant responsibility in corporate, commercial, international trade, transactional or regulatory law.
