Job Summary


We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Graduate Architect with a passion for interior design to join our team.
This role combines design expertise with hands-on project management, requiring someone who can develop compelling design concepts, produce technical drawings, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to bring projects to life.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in industry-standard software, excellent communication abilities, and an eye for aesthetics and functionality. You'll work closely with clients from initial concept through project completion, ensuring every space we create exceeds expectations.


Key Responsibilities


Conduct thorough research and gather design materials, inspiration, and photographs relevant to each project
Develop and present mood boards, design concepts, and sample layouts to clients for review and approval
Source materials and products, including fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, and décor items, while providing samples and cost options
Prepare detailed working drawings, models, and design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max with Corona, and Canva
Manage and coordinate vendors and contractors (e.g., painting, carpeting, curtains, tiling) to ensure project execution meets design specifications and deadlines
Supervise artisans and site teams to ensure design plans are implemented accurately and efficiently
Ensure projects adhere to budgetary constraints and timelines, maintaining consistent communication with clients
Demonstrate a strong commitment to client satisfaction, providing creative solutions and excellent service at every stage
Stay current on design trends, color palettes, fabrics, and materials to produce innovative and relevant design concepts
Perform administrative tasks related to project documentation, procurement, and progress tracking


Qualifications & Requirements


Minimum Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience using design tools, including ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max with Corona renderer, and Canva
Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D design, rendering, and space planning
Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in design solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage clients and team members
Expertise in color coordination and material selection
High efficiency in creating working and production drawings that meet industry standards.
