Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Trainee in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to join our team.
This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to real plant operations and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Participate in structured on-the-job training across mechanical and electrical sections.
Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
Learn and apply company engineering standards, safety, and operational procedures.
Prepare and present reports on assigned tasks and learning progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Requirements
B.Eng / B.Tech/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Chemical Engineering (or related field).
0 - 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn in a practical, industrial environment.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office andknowledge of AutoCAD or maintenance software is an advantage.
