Requirements:
Grade 12 plus completed undergraduate tertiary qualification in Dental Assistant at NQF 6 (National Diploma) / NQF 7 (Degree).
Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Must have South African Citizenship. Interns who have already completed a 24 months internship program may NOT apply for these advertised positions.
Must be between the age of 18 - 35 (Youth).Historically disadvantaged individuals will receive preference.
Knowledge and Skills:
Communication and computer skills; Sound organisational skills; Literacy; Time management; Problem solving; Numeracy skills; Well presented and neat, telephone etiquette.
Duties:
Basic tasks as assigned by the mentor in relation to Dental Assistant and the Learner Guide/ Workbook/Logbook.
Compulsory to attend the funded Personal Mastery Course pertaining to Work Integrated Learning appointees.
