Requirements:
Grade 12 plus completed undergraduate tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management at NQF 6 (National Diploma) OR NQF 7/ 8 (Degree).
Must have South African Citizenship. Interns who have already completed an 24 months internship program may NOT apply for these advertised post.
Historically disadvantaged individuals will receive preference.
Knowledge and Skills:
Communication and computer skills; Sound organisational skills; Literacy; Time management; Problem solving; Numeracy skills; Well presented and neat, telephone etiquette.
Duties:
Basic tasks as assigned by the mentor in relation to Human Resources Management and the Learner Guide/ Workbook/Logbook.
Compulsory to attend the funded Personal Mastery Course pertaining to Work Integrated Learning appointees.
