Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in assigned training programmes and departmental activities.
Learn and understand company policies, procedures, products, and services.
Assist with daily departmental operations and administrative tasks.
Support team members in completing assigned duties and projects.
Attend meetings, training sessions, and performance review sessions.
Carry out assigned tasks accurately and within specified deadlines.
Develop practical knowledge of travel agency operations, customer service, sales, ticketing, visa processing, administration, or other assigned areas.
Maintain proper records and documentation of assigned activities.
Ask questions, seek guidance, and demonstrate willingness to learn.
Take initiative in identifying and resolving routine work-related challenges.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude.
Receive feedback and continuously improve performance based on supervisor recommendations.
Work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
Recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant field, depending on the assigned department.
NYSC status may be considered depending on the role.
Little or no prior work experience required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, adaptable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Performance & Development:
The trainee will be assigned specific learning objectives and responsibilities.
Performance will be monitored throughout the training / probation period.
Successful trainees may be considered for confirmation into a permanent role based on performance, available opportunities, and management approval.
