Job Summary
The Graduate Trainee program is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to different departments within the organization.
The trainee will learn business operations, develop professional skills, and support team projects while working under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning programs
Assist in daily operational tasks across assigned departments
Support senior staff with research, data analysis, and project execution
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Learn company policies, procedures, and business processes
Collaborate with team members on assigned tasks and projects
Observe and learn from experienced staff to build professional skills
Provide innovative ideas to improve business processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (or HND) in a relevant field
0 - 2 years of work experience (NYSC experience may be considered)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team and independently.
