The Graduate Trainee (Engineering) is a structured early-career programme designed to develop high-potential engineering graduates into competent technical professionals capable of supporting the company's offshore and operational activities. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive technical, operational, safety, and leadership development through structured classroom learning, on-the-job training, mentoring, and practical field exposure across their respective engineering disciplines. Interested candidates should possess a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor's Degree (B.Eng./B.Sc.) in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Petroleum Engineering and Chemical Engineering with 0 1 year post-graduation experiencing abilities (First Class graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
