Job Description


TWK Agri, with its Head Office in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga, is seeking dynamic and self‑motivated 2024/2025 graduates to apply for a Graduate position within the Human Resources Department.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates who are interested in Human Resources, people management, and organisational development, and who wish to gain practical, structured HR experience within a reputable and established organisation.


Position Overview


The successful candidate will be placed within the Human Resources Department, based on operational requirements and the graduate's qualification background. The role will provide exposure to core HR functions across the business.
The graduate will mainly support Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Performance Management processes, while gaining hands‑on experience in the utilisation of HR systems and HR administration. Structured training and mentorship will form part of the Graduate Placement Programme.


Key Responsibilities


Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records
Supporting onboarding activities and general HR administration
Assisting with training and development coordination, including training records and skills development administration
Supporting performance management processes, including documentation, tracking, and reporting
Capturing, updating, and maintaining employee information on HR systems
Assisting with adhoc HR reports and projects
Supporting compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
Assisting with employee communication and HR query management
Providing general administrative and operational support to the HR team
Participating in structured training, mentorship, and assessments as part of the graduate programme


Qualifications and Skills


Matric / Grade 12
A University Degree obtained in 2024 or 2025 in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related)
Strong interest in Human Resources and people‑focused work
Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, etc)
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Basic administrative skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt within a structured HR environment
