Graduate Trainee –Human Resources (HR)

Roles/Duties & Responsibilities Support recruitment, candidate screening and onboarding activities. Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. Support staff engagement, welfare and employee relations initiatives. Assist with HR administration, leave records and attendance tracking. Participate in training coordination and staff development activities. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn, take initiative and develop professionally. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail. A proactive, adaptable and results-oriented approach to work.
