MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SALARY ON OFFER:  +/- R15 491.00 BASIC + EXCELLENT COMPANY BENEFITS per month
  • Matric
  • Completed B. COMM DEGREE in Supply Chain Management / Transport Management OR B.SC DEGREE in Quantitive Management / Operational Research (ESSENTIAL) – Must be have Graduated (Transcripts to be provided)
  • Must be open to relocation in South Africa by the company (ESSENTIAL)
  • Willing to work in a freezer / packhouse environment (cold chain)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license (no endorsements) (ESSENTIAL)
  • Own reliable vehicle / arranged transport 
  • Strong numeracy, literacy and organisational skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills (written & verbal) on all levels
  • Must have evidence of Integrity, leadership achievements 
  • Proficient on MS Office packages & possess a high level of computer literacy
  • Must be willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
  • Incumbent must be determined, hardworking, flexible, and enthusiastic to build a career in Retail

Duties & Responsibilities

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

Main duties & Job Function:

  • A management trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations
  • Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers.
  • Management trainees may often rotate to different company departments to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties.
  • Willing to work Retail hours and work overtime
  • Willing to work in a Packhouse / Coldroom environment
