Job Summary
iRecharge Tech-Innovations is seeking motivated and high-potential graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to equip young professionals with practical skills, hands-on experience, and exposure across key areas within our technology and digital payment ecosystem.
Successful candidates will undergo structured training, mentorship, and real project assignments, with the goal of transitioning into full-time roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training programs across engineering, product, and operations teams
Support the development, testing, and maintenance of digital products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real business and technical projects
Assist in data analysis, system improvements, and process optimization
Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and innovation within the company
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations on assigned tasks
Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BSc/HND) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit
0 - 2 years of experience (NYSC completed or in view)
Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
High level of curiosity, willingness to learn, and adaptability
