Role Overview

Optiven Group seeks a creative and technically proficient Graphic Designer - Motion Graphics & Animation to develop compelling visual and animated content that enhances brand visibility and marketing performance. The successful candidate will combine strong design fundamentals with motion graphics expertise and the effective use of AI-enabled tools in creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities


Design high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms.
Develop motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and logo animations.
Produce engaging social media creatives, advertisements, and video intros.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute integrated campaigns.
Apply AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, analytics, and ROI tracking.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.


Academic & Professional Requirements

Academic Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
Relevant technical or vocational training (1 - 2 years) in graphic design or animation is acceptable for diploma holders.


Professional Experience


1 - 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and motion graphics (entry-to-mid-level role).
Demonstrable experience creating digital and print marketing materials.
Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, creativity, and animation expertise.


Technical Proficiency


Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and pre-press processes.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into creative and marketing workflows.


Added Advantages


Certifications in Artificial Intelligence (AI), SEO, Google Analytics, or Data Analytics.
Certification in Private-Public Partnerships (PPP).
Relevant online certifications (e.g., Coursera, Udemy).
