Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction


Define and drive visual concepts for client campaigns from inception to execution.
Ensure all creative work aligns with brand and business goals.


Team Leadership


Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and visual artists.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Client Engagement


Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver outstanding creative solutions.
Present and refine design concepts based on client feedback.


Innovation and Quality Assurance


Develop compelling visual narratives that engage audiences.
Maintain high-quality standards across all creative outputs and media platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.


Strategic Creativity


Generate innovative ideas that push creative boundaries.
Oversee project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of exceptional work.


Qualifications and Experience:


Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
Proven track record as an Art Director in an advertising agency or related field.
