Role: Graphic Designer
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Image Editing & Production Design: Edit both product and lifestyle images for various platforms and resolutions, including brand websites, digital assets, and third-party marketplaces across a wide range of SKUs.
- Print & Digital Layouts: Edit or create visually polished design layouts for printed and digital product materials, such as manuals, quick start guides, and branded inserts.
- Line Art Creation: Produce clean, precise 2D line drawings that align with product specifications and brand aesthetics.
- Packaging Copy Edits: Apply updates or revisions to product packaging copy while maintaining accuracy and clarity across product lines.
- Brand Collateral Design: Design and edit posters, plaques, employee headshots, holiday cards, business cards, and other branded visual materials.
- Project Workflow Management: Manage task prioritization, deadlines, and asset delivery using project management tools such as ClickUp to support cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on graphic design experience, preferably within the consumer electronics or lifestyle tech industry.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related creative field.
- Portfolio: A strong, updated portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums with an emphasis on multimedia and brand consistency.
- Brand Alignment: Demonstrated ability to design within existing brand guidelines to ensure visual harmony and consistency across product categories.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout composition, and other core design principles to produce aesthetically sharp and user-friendly materials.
- Web Photo: No web or web app design functions are required but must be able to manipulate photos for web use
o No UX/UI needed
o Figma or XD an asset experience with this would show that they have worked with website images before - Must have experience with product photo images and manipulating them using real photos, not animations.
- Preference is given to an agent that does not need a high level of management.
- Possession of an Adobe Creative Cloud license is appreciated (2D line drawings will need to be done)
- Must be open to working flexible hours.
