Graphic Designer

Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to produce high-quality visual content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, and client-facing communications. Key Responsibilities Design visual content for digital and print use. Create and maintain consistent brand identity across all company materials and client deliverables. Design recruitment and HR-related marketing materials, job adverts, onboarding kits, company profiles, and proposals. Support the marketing team with graphics for campaigns, newsletters, email banners, and digital adverts. Edit and retouch images and produce motion graphics or simple animations where required. Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to ensure visuals align with messaging and campaign goals. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Maintain an organized library of design files, brand assets, and templates. Requirements HND / B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline. 1 - 2 years of professional graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print design. Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to take briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver clean final files promptly. Knowledge of basic motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere Pro) is an advantage. Must reside within or within easy commuting distance of Ikeja, Lagos.
