Graphic Designer / Videographer at Esetech

We are seeking a highly skilled Videographer/Graphics Designer to take ownership of end-to-end video and graphics production, from initial concept development through final delivery. This role requires a combination of advanced shooting and editing expertise, strong creative judgment, and the ability to manage stakeholders proactively while delivering high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities


Independently manage the full video production process, including planning, filming, editing, and final delivery, ensuring all work meets studio quality standards.
Personally shoot and edit assigned video projects, maintaining ownership of creative execution from start to finish.
Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and proactively identifying potential risks before they affect delivery.
Contribute creative ideas, new formats, and innovative approaches to enhance the studio's video production capabilities.
Support the growth of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, sound, and editing.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
Ability to translate concepts and written content into engaging visual and video outputs.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications and Experience


BA/BSc/HND in any discipline.
Two to five years of relevant experience in both graphic design and videography/video editing.
A strong portfolio showcasing both design work and video productions.
