Job Summary


We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Graphics & Digital Marketing Associate to support our brand growth and online presence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visual assets, executing digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, and driving engagement and conversions across digital platforms.
This role requires a balance of creative design skills and hands-on digital marketing execution, with a strong focus on performance and brand consistency.


Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:


Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions
Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across digital channels
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
Conduct audience research and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and ROI
Support SEO, email marketing, and website content initiatives where required
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Graphics & Creative Design:


Design high-quality graphics for social media, ads, website, presentations, and marketing materials
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging
Create visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Collaborate with content and marketing teams on campaign concepts and execution.


Content & Brand Management:


Develop content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
Maintain consistent brand tone, visuals, and storytelling across all digital touchpoints
Support internal teams with creative and marketing materials as needed.


Requirements & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
Proven experience in digital Marketing and Graphic Design
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and digital campaigns
Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Ads Manager, etc.)
Understanding of paid ads, content performance tracking, and conversion metrics
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
