The Group Employee Engagement / HR Projects Manager will drive employee experience, organizational culture, workforce engagement, and strategic HR transformation initiatives across the Group and its subsidiaries. The role is responsible for developing and implementing engagement strategies, managing enterprise-wide HR projects, supporting culture transformation, and ensuring alignment of people initiatives with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capability with deep expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, change management, communication, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture Management
Develop and execute Group-wide employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
Design and manage employee experience programs that improve morale, productivity, retention, and organizational commitment.
Conduct periodic employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and culture assessments.
Analyze engagement data and provide actionable insights and improvement plans to leadership.
Coordinate employee recognition, rewards, wellness, and appreciation programs.
Promote organizational values, culture, and behavioral standards across all subsidiaries.
Partner with leadership teams to foster inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace cultures.
Develop initiatives that enhance employee communication and feedback mechanisms.
Monitor employee relations trends and recommend proactive interventions.
HR Projects & Transformation Management
Lead and coordinate strategic HR projects across the Group.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and implementation frameworks for HR initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of HR transformation projects.
Drive implementation of HR systems, automation initiatives, policies, frameworks, and process improvement projects.
Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Ensure effective communication and adoption of HR initiatives across subsidiaries.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
Prepare project status reports and presentations for executive management.
Organizational Development & Change Management
Support culture transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Facilitate change management programs during business transformation initiatives.
Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans for major HR projects.
Support leadership development and team effectiveness initiatives.
Coordinate learning interventions that support employee engagement and organizational capability development.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Develop engagement dashboards and HR project performance reports.
Monitor HR metrics including retention, turnover, employee satisfaction, productivity, and project outcomes.
Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to HR practices and employee experience.
Present periodic reports to Group leadership and management committees.
Policy Development & Compliance
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
Ensure HR initiatives comply with labor laws, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.
Maintain proper documentation for all HR projects and engagement activities.
