Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master's Degree (preferred); Relevant professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD (required) with 1020 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility within manufacturing, steel, mining, energy, logistics, heavy industry, or conglomerate environments.
