Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline, with 1020 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility within manufacturing, steel, mining, energy, logistics, heavy industry, or conglomerate environments. Master's Degree is preferred.
