Role Summary
Scrapays Field Sales Agent (Growth Ambassadors) are trusted field representatives who help grow our recycling partner network — bringing in new and managing existing agents, processors, and logistics providers.
You'll earn for every successful onboarding and support activity, while creating real impact in your community.
What You'll Be Doing
Prospect for New Partners:
Speak to people in your area about becoming Scrapays Agents, Processors, or Logistics Partners. Help them register and understand the opportunity.
Update database
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the provided tracker.
Onboard New Partners
Guide prospects to register, complete KYC, and meet onboarding requirements.
Deliver Partner Assets
Coordinate and deliver Scrapays-provided assets (e.g., scale, signboards) when assigned.
Manage Field Operations:
Follow up on Partner performance, and facilitate seamless material recovery and experience. Also attend to complaints that require in-person follow-up, scale recoveries, or asset retrieval.
Run Partner Training:
Work with the central team to facilitate small group trainings physically when needed — we'll provide you with the materials.
Represent Scrapays in Your Area:
Be a friendly face for Scrapays — attend activations, deliver materials, or assist new users.
A Scrapays Field Sales Agent (Growth Ambassador) is a trained field agent impacting his or her community or assigned region.

Standard SOPs for Agents, Processors, and Logistics
Direct Access to a Field Sales Agent (Growth Ambassador) Coordinator.
Onboarding Includes:
Group and 1-on-1 orientation session
Digital access to SOPs for Agent, Processor & Logistics
Walkthrough of onboarding scripts and payout tracking
Assigned buddy or regional manager for guidance.
Earning Structure:
Minimum Monthly Recovery Target: 20,000kg (Agents & Merchants)
Disqualification Threshold: Consistently below 20,000kg recovery/month over two consecutive months will lead to removal from the role.

Base Pay: Subject to 100% daily reporting
Level 16 — Growth Ambassador ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ50,000 gross monthly
Level 15 — Growth Associate ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ70,000 gross monthly.

Processor Onboarding (at first batch processed)

Important Notes:
Field Sales Agents are Scrapays' ad hoc field-based agents on commission.
We maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical behaviour. Scrapays reserves the right to remove or pause Field Sales Agents who breach SOPs or ethical standards.
Earnings are tied strictly to successful onboarding, training, and fulfilment outcomes.
Growth in this role is based on performance.
Key terms:
Agents - Persons newly introduced to the Scrap collection business.
Merchant - Persons who already run a scrap collection business before knowing Scrapays
Processors - Persons responsible for receiving and crushing/baling (processing) the scraps.
