We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Growth & Partnerships Executive to help drive business growth by generating new clients.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Growth & Partnerships Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, managing People Foco's digital presence, supporting proposal development, and driving revenue growth.
The role combines business development, marketing, social media management, and strategic partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
Identify and generate new corporate clients requiring recruitment, HR consulting, payroll, HR outsourcing, executive search, and training services.
Build and maintain relationships with HR Managers, CEOs, Directors and business owners.
Schedule and attend business development meetings.
Prepare and deliver company presentations.
Follow up proposals, quotations and client inquiries.
Support preparation of tenders and prequalification documents.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Generate referrals through networking and existing clients.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with clients.
Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups.
Coordinate meetings.
Ensure timely response to client requests.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional People Foco services.
Maintain excellent customer experience throughout the client journey.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, HR or a related field.
Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
Experience selling B2B professional services is highly desirable.
Experience within recruitment, HR consulting or training is an added advantage.
