We are seeking a results-oriented Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead structured outbound sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion initiatives.
This role is suited for a commercially driven professional who understands B2B sales within digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environments and can close mid-to-high value retainers consistently.


Key Responsibilities


Generate qualified leads across Sports, Healthcare, Schools, and Real Estate sectors
Execute structured outbound sales strategies (LinkedIn, Email, Calls)
Book and lead discovery meetings with prospects
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations
Close mid-to-high value retainers (₦500K - ₦2M+)
Build strategic partnerships and referral channels
Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and accurate reporting
Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


Qualifications


Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields
Strong understanding of digital marketing services
Proven B2B sales experience (agency or SaaS preferred)
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Strong pipeline management and deal-closing ability.


Experience Required:


4 - 7 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience selling retainers or performance-driven services is highly preferred.
