Responsibilties


Check-In/Check-Out: Welcoming guests, registering them, verifying identification, issuing room keys, and processing final bills and payments upon departure.
Reservations & Admin: Handling bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, or in-person. They maintain accurate room inventory records.
Guest Service & Communication: Answering inquiries regarding hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions. They often handle concierge-like duties, such as booking taxis or tours.
Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving guest complaints, such as room issues, with professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
Internal Coordination: Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure rooms are ready and special requests are met.
Security & Safety: Managing secure access to rooms, handling guest valuables, and following safety protocols.


Requirements


Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience.
