Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all gym and fitness related operations within the club.
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for gym memberships, personal training, and fitness programs
Drive membership acquisition, renewals, and overall revenue growth.
Develop innovative fitness programs, group classes, and wellness initiatives.
Identify opportunities for corporate partnerships and fitness packages.
Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor gym instructors, personal trainers, and support staff.
Ensure proper maintenance, servicing, and safety compliance of all gym equipment.
Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management of the gym department.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
Support the marketing team in club activations, fitness challenges, and community engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science, Business Management or a related field
Professional certification in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, or Fitness Management is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 - 6 years progressive experience in fitness training, including hands-on management of a gym or fitness facility.
Commercial mindset with solid business acumen.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Articulate with a high level of professionalism, energy, and results orientation.
