Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Deliver structured training programs in hair and grooming, including barbering techniques.
Demonstrate practical skills and ensure learners achieve competency standards.
Assess and evaluate learners' progress against trade test standards, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and administrative documentation.
Stay current with international and local grooming and barbering trends and techniques.
Mentor and guide learners to achieve professional standards and industry readiness.
Support the academy in curriculum updates and development of training materials.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Promote a professional, positive, and safe learning environment

Minimum requirements


Full trade test certifications in Hair and Grooming. (advantageous)
Proven experience in barbering, grooming, and hair services.
Up-to-date knowledge of local and international hair and grooming trends.
Experience in training, mentorship, or education preferred.
