What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out general maintenance and repair work across the property
Performing basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and building repairs
Conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance issues
Maintaining gardens, outdoor areas, and general property upkeep where required
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
Previous handyman, maintenance, or general building experience
Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance problems efficiently
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
A valid driver's licence will be advantageous
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
