Lead the preparation of detailed project budgets and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
Drive cost planning, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring
Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic cost-saving recommendations
Implement and manage a robust Work Order and cost control system
Ensure effective cash flow planning for ongoing and upcoming projects
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for cost optimization
Provide leadership and supervision to the budgeting and planning team
Requirement
B.Sc./B.Tech in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
7 - 10 years relevant experience in construction cost management
Professional certification (QSRBN or COREN) is an added advantage
Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, and project financial management
Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Excel, cost management software)
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
