Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, catering, hospitality or commercial kitchen operations
Strong communication, teamwork, professionalism, discipline, reliability and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a busy restaurant and lounge environment and during peak periods, events and special occasions where required.
