Job Description
To shape and lead the Corporate Functions portfolio, proactively and holistically, through transformation and optimisation initiatives, supporting the formulation and realisation of digital and technology strategy and driving innovation opportunities across all Corporate Functions Business Units to enable the organisation to achieve targeted business outcomes that support strategic priorities for growing revenue, optimising costs and mitigating risks.
Qualifications
First Degree in Information Technology as well as TOGAF System Architect Certification
Minimum 10 years' experience driving and leading large-scale architectural projects throughout an entire business through to completion
Experience in reviewing and selecting Technical and Applications Architectures solutions. Familiarity with EA tools, graphical modeling approaches and repository management
Strong experience working with diverse technology platforms. Understanding of the different types of agile principles, methodologies and frameworks, especially those designed to be scaled at enterprise level
Enterprise Architecture experience, utilising TOGAF or equivalent methodology. Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks
Proven ability to lead, manage and drive high performance across technical and project teams.
Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous
