We are looking for a seasoned Head, Facilities & Administration to lead our facilities, workplace services, and administrative operations function.
What you'll own
End-to-end facilities management across all bank locations - maintenance, vendor management, health & safety compliance
Office administration, procurement coordination, and workplace services
Fleet, security liaison, and business continuity planning for physical infrastructure
Budget planning and cost optimization for facilities/admin spend
Vendor contracts, SLAs, and service quality oversight
Regulatory compliance (CBN, environmental, and safety standards).
What we're looking for
7+ years' experience in facilities/admin management, ideally within banking or a regulated financial institution
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills
Proven leadership managing multi-disciplinary teams
High integrity, strong stakeholder management, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
