Key Responsibilities

Talent & Performance Management


Design, implement, and continuously improve the company's performance management framework.
Partner with business leaders to ensure fair, consistent, and effective performance evaluations.
Support managers in providing continuous feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
Use performance data to drive decisions on development, rewards, succession, and workforce planning.


Learning & Development


Lead the organization's learning and development strategy.
Implement structured training programs including in-house, virtual, and classroom training.
Oversee onboarding programs for new employees.
Develop competency frameworks, career pathways, and professional development programs.


Talent Development & Succession Planning


Facilitate talent reviews using tools such as the 9-box grid framework.
Develop and maintain succession plans for leadership and critical roles.
Assess workforce readiness and bench strength using performance and potential data.
Drive career planning and internal mobility initiatives.


Recruitment & Workforce Planning


Lead strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
Support employer branding and candidate experience strategies.
Manage relationships with external recruiters, training providers, and professional institutions.


Organizational Development


Support organizational design, role clarity, and structural effectiveness.
Lead change management initiatives related to growth and transformation.
Drive employee engagement, culture development, and capability-building initiatives.
Monitor and promote the company culture to ensure alignment with corporate values.


Talent Analytics & HR Systems


Manage talent management platforms and HR systems.
Track and report key HR metrics including turnover, internal mobility, performance distribution, and succession readiness.
Continuously improve talent processes using data insights and feedback.


Requirements

Education


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is an advantage.
Membership of a recognized HR professional body such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI.
Minimum of 10 years HR experience, with at least 6 years in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, or Organizational Development roles in a reputable oil and gas industry.
Experience supporting technical, industrial, or operational workforces is an advantage.
