Job Responsibilities
Provide legal advisory support to management and all departments
Oversee and manage all legal matters of the company
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
Represent the company in legal engagements and liaise with external counsel
Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B); BL qualification is required
Minimum of relevant post-call experience
Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate and financial services law
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility
