Head, Liability Generation / Fund Manager at CashBox

Role Description


Your mission will be to head and build CashBox's liability generation department and be responsible for the overall liability generation target of the company
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Liability Generation/Fund Manager at CashBox in Victoria Island, Lagos, with flexibility for hybrid work.
The role involves overseeing the generation of liabilities, managing team members, and ensuring the financial stability and growth of the company's funds under management/liability portfolio.
The role involves sourcing for funds or investment for placement with us at competitive rates from high net worth individuals, corporate Investors and businesses.


Responsibilities


Sourcing for funds/investments as required in the get timeline.
Maintenance of Liability Generation cabal of organization.
Set up and host client meetings towards achieving target.
Managing relationship with the company's clients.


Requirements


First Degree / HND in any discipline.
MUST have minimum of 3 years work experience with good track record in Liability Generation or related field (i.e. Deposit/Funds/Investment Mobilization) in Non-Bank Financial institutions, Microfinance banks, Asset management companies, Finance houses etc.
Excellent Data management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to
Strong personal network within the industry.
Highly driven and passionate about sales.
Professional sales or customer service training/certification would be advantage.
Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, complex environment and to adapt to change.
