About The Role
You will report directly to the GMD and own full P&L responsibility for the MVNO division from technology strategy to go-to-market execution. This is a build-and-scale mandate. Not a maintenance role.
Your Core Responsibilities
Design and manage a profitable MVNO business model
Lead technology implementation and oversee the full tech stack
Negotiate and manage relationships with Host MNOs, MVNEs, and partners
Drive B2B and B2C customer acquisition, retention, and churn management
Build and lead a high-performance, agile team
Ensure full NCC regulatory compliance, including Tier 3 MVNO licensing

You Are the Right Fit If You Have:
A Bachelor's degree (minimum 2.1) in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
10 - 15 years in the telecoms ecosystem with direct MVNO/MVNE/MNO experience
A proven record of launching or scaling a telecoms business
Strong P&L, commercial, and stakeholder management experience
Bonus: MBA | Prior executive role at an MVNO or MNO | NCC regulatory knowledge are added advantage.
Salary: N1M to N2M Net per Month
