Job Summary
As the Head Nurse, you will provide leadership and oversight of nursing services within the dialysis unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient operations, and full compliance with clinical standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and manage daily operations of the dialysis unit
Implement and monitor clinical procedures to ensure quality patient care
Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and treatment processes
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation, and safety standards
Lead training, performance management, and continuous development of nursing staff
Requirements
Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc)
Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (RN) license
Minimum of 4 years experience in dialysis or related specialty, with leadership exposure
Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient care, and healthcare compliance
