Key Focus Areas
Strategic financial leadership and oversight of all accounting and finance operations
Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Compliance with Kenyan statutory and tax requirements (PAYE, VAT, SHIF, NSSF)
Strengthening internal controls, policies, and financial governance
Cash flow management, banking relationships, and audit coordination
Supporting executive decision-making through actionable financial insights
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred)
CPA or ACCA qualification
7 - 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership
Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory regulations
Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance, and ERP systems
High ethical standards, strong analytical skills, and leadership maturity
