Job Specifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, CIOB, or similar are an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects (commercial and residential).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Strategic thinker with financial acumen and risk management ability.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
