Head of Customer Experience at Venco

Venco is recruiting to fill the position of: Head of Customer Experience. The position is located in Lagos State. Salary: N1,500,000 monthly. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years in Customer Experience, Customer Success or Support leadership and 3+ years leading teams of 8+ people. Familiarity with Nigeria/Kenya data protection and regulated financial-services complaints is an advantage and experience in emerging markets, proptech, fintech, SaaS or similar environments is valuable. AI Fluency is a plus.
