Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Science, Agribusiness Management, Operations Management, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant postgraduate qualification will be desirable with 7 - 10 years progressive experience in large-scale agricultural operations and farm management.
