Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, masters Degree (MBA, MSc Finance) is an added advantage, a Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 12 years progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably within insurance, HMO, healthcare, or financial services).
